To help us provide you with the most informative and useful information we recommend you come to your appointment with your vehicle and caravan loaded to represent common travel load. This includes full fuel tanks, fresh water tanks (empty grey water) along with extras and accessories such as jerry cans, tools, recovery gear, firewood, bikes - the heavy items that effect your weight and balance.
We have nominated locations we conduct our caravan and vehicle weighing services. These are usually a large carpark. Our nominated areas are always flat, level, bitumen surfaces with easy caravan access and plenty of space to turn around.
In Canberra our nominated location is in Narrabunda (near Fyshwick). We confirm these details with you prior to your appointment.

We operate our business Monday to Friday. Caravan and vehicle appointments are general morning appointments due to weather and operational access approvals. Corporate and commercial onsite weighing can be scheduled as per customers operational requirements.
We can arrange weekend appointments however we do have an out of hours surcharge.
We provide customers with specific weigh details for their vehicle that cannot be obtained using general weighing devices such as public weighbridges.
More importantly, we give you an assessment of your ratings against your weight on the day.
Our equipment is specialised for vehicle and caravan weighing.
We have the capabilities to provide accuracy to 1kg:
- Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM),
- Gross Trailer Mass (GTM),
- Gross combination mass (GCM),
- Tow ball weight (TBW),
- Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM),
- Rear Axle Weight (RAW)
Maintaining vehicle manufacture weight ratings when travelling isn't as simple as knowing your vehicle towing capacity but it is a good starting point.
All vehicles, trailers, caravans are designed and manufactured to capacity specifications but once they are in use, the capacity changes - but the limited/rating doesn't.
Accessories, modifications, passengers, luggage all reduce capacity. Having a professional weight check gives owners the information to understand their capacity.
